Working as a personal chef for many years, my training commenced in Vancouver at the Dubrulle International Culinary and Hotel Institute of Canada (now the Dubrulle Culinary Arts Institute) where I graduated in 1990. My passion for cooking and food inspired me to travel extensively, furthering my knowledge and exploration into various culinary styles and is heavily influence by Mediterranean, S.E. Asian and Caribbean cuisine. Teaching cooking in Tokyo, Japan and culinary studies in Thailand, Bali, Spain and France have added an international depth to my cooking style. During my career I've also had the opportunity to chef aboard luxurious sailing yachts and catered for exclusive clientele and celebrities.
I now split my time between the Caribbean and Vancouver, BC, Canada where I run a private chef and catering business. I offer my services in both areas including Barbados, Grenada, St Vincent and Mustique and it would be my pleasure to help you explore the bounty of local produce and seafood of the Caribbean.
